Client: SKF USA, division of leading world-wide bearings and seal manufacturer

Synopsis: Swedish world industrial leader bears down on marketplace with video

Challenge: Develop consistent and integrated identity over several divisions of the company. SKF had recently acquired additional companies in the U.S. and was in the process of re-branding their products.

Background:
IBT Media has produced several promotional videos for SKF. The SKF Group is the leading global supplier of products, solutions and services in the area of bearings, seals, services and lubrication systems.

Production Values:
IBT Media's work for SKF incorporates film footage, High-Definition field footage and lots of special effects to create a dynamic and motivational piece. On location challenges included unusual angles, multiple locations, a fast-track schedule and shooting in factories where the lighting did not encourage high quality video.

Highlights:
Created animated "global" logo. Used innovative coloring techniques in post-production. Shot at eight frames per second to give manufacturing process shots unique look. Worked with representatives of Swedish head office. Entire finished project had look and feel of a music video.

Results:
Production has been used in sales and marketing efforts throughout the world, including a trade show in China.
