Synopsis: Flooring supply company polishes its image with video

Challenge: Demonstrate how the company brings sophistication and technology to the manufacturing of flooring related products (grouts, caulking, sealants, etc.).

Background:
Company makes diverse range of products used in flooring industry, both by do-it-yourselfers and trade professionals. They wanted to show how they use sophisticated processes, how they have expanded and modernized and how they are "Positioned for Growth."

Production Values:
IBT Media gathered manufacturing footage from the company's multiple locations. Some locations presented challenges for lighting and accessibility. The finished program used music, editing and solid basic photography to keep the process visually interesting and make it understandable to both lay and professional viewers.

Highlights:
Interesting close-ups on machines that move, mix, blend and fill various containers. Dramatic depictions of metal working, weaving and packaging. Good depiction of the integration of human workers and automated processes.

Results:
The video was an instrumental part in the company owners being able to sell the company profitably, one of their motivations for commissioning the project.
