Background:
IBT Media has produced countless interviews and segments for Oprah over the years. For Christmas 2006, she needed an extended interview with an environmental advocate in Lawrence, Kansas.

Production Values:
Catching a pretty snowy day in Kansas in December, the IBT Media team interviewed Simran Sethi, who discussed numerous ways to make Christmas and the holiday season more environmentally friendly.

Highlights:
Simran is the host/writer of Ethical Markets, the first national program reporting on corporate social responsibility and sustainable business practices, currently airing on PBS. She is a skilled reporter and enthusiastic advocate, and was a great interview.

Results:
Much-watched and discussed episode on The Oprah Winfrey Show, which also generated a YouTube entry.
